We’ve always had a little struggle with the IL weather and class. So here is what we are going to try. Winter/Storm Weather and Cooking Classes

We try to not cancel classes unless it is a Blizzard (or Tornado Warning) or extreme conditions Warning issued from the National Weather
Service. If you can still go down the road to a restaurant that’s open for dinner, then we are probably still having class that night. As always feel free to call and check.

We are now offering 1/2 Class Fee Credit in extreme/inclement weather conditions Advisories for those not wanting to travel to their class when we haven’t cancelled. No 5 day time frame, but you must call and talk to someone to let us know you are not coming within 3 hours before class starts. Credit goes towards a future class. We hope this helps.

If we Cancel Class you can receive a full refund, switch class, or store credit (whichever you prefer) and we will then try to reschedule the class at a later date. Thanks everyone - Lori
