Tuesday, March 2nd - ‘Bout the Bread - Taught by Lori Peifer - Learn about some of Bread ins and outs. A crusty Artisan Bread as we go over the why and do’s & don'ts for using stoneware, cast iron and Dutch Ovens for baking break, plus enjoy some compound butter to go with. A shaped Scallion Star Bread, a quick Beer Bread, and a Chocolate Babka Loaf that’s irresistible. Class Fee$45.
If you are in a group or wish to sit with someone coming to class please indicate so in the notes section when registering online or tell us at time of registration. We need to know this prior to the night of the class for you to be seated together.
