Taught by Lori Peifer Learn how to best hold a Chef Knife, How to Slice and Dice to make uniformed diced pieces. Which means items cook evenly for a better result. Learn to cut an onion like the pros. We'll even Demo a Mango and Kiwi how to. Please bring your own Chef's Knife (or a knife that you prefer using). We will have Ceramic Knives and a variety of different knives with different handles, weights, and blades to try. Sorry, No food samples at this class. Must wear closed toe shoes to class and have long hair pulled back please. Class is for participants 18 years and older. Class fee $25.
