Pork Al Pastor Tacos: Pork and Pineapple and Spices cooked to juicy perfection, Charred Pineapple, and a sprinkle of cheese and cilantro. And last but not least, Roasted Sweet Potato Taco: with Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa, Jalapeno-Lime Crema, toasted pepitas, and avocado. Class fee $45.
