Thursday, February 18th - Real Cooking Classics - Taught by Lori Peifer - Gather around the table for some classics you are sure to love. A warm Popover you can spread jam on or eat just as it is, Standing Rib Roast with a beautiful crust on it served with Real Gravy and Syracuse Salt Potatoes (a unique twist on potatoes). If you are in a group or wish to sit with someone coming to class please indicate so in the notes section when registering online or tell us at time of registration. We need to know this prior to the night of the class for you to be seated together.
