Try the different types of chocolate in our Chocolate Tasting and discover how and in what application to use them. We will take a quick look at the history of chocolate and how it goes from bean to bon-bon! In the class students will learn easy ways of Tempering Chocolate and making Ganache, yummy Brownies and a Flourless Chocolate Cake. Class fee $50
