04/07/26 Sourdough Discard: Lemon Edition Cooking Class

Taught by Taylor Ray - Give your sourdough discard a bright, citrusy twist! This class features Lemon Blueberry Scones, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Lemon Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins, and amazing Strawberry Lemon Rolls - all made using Sourdough Discard for extra lift and flavor. Don’t have a Sourdough Starter yet? No Problem!  Everyone at class will get a FREE sourdough discard if they’d like to. Class fee $50.

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.

If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
