12/09/25 Discard to Delight Cooking Class (includes FREE Sourdough Starter)

Taught by Taylor Ray –  Learn a few other ways to utilizes your sourdough starter with some fun sourdough discard recipes! Chocolate Chip Cookies, Crinkle Cookies, Chocolate Star Bread, and a rich Iced Gingerbread Loaf.  Perfect for sharing this holiday season, or just for you! *Holiday gift from us; a container of Sourdough Starter/Discard to take home.  Even if you don’t have a starter going… now you can make these recipes!  We will include instructions and go over how to feed & maintain your sourdough starter. Class Fee $50.

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.

If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
