Taught by Rachel Siegle  - Eggs, Eggs, and more Eggs. Scrambled Egg Muffin Cups filled with favorite sandwich toppings that you can enjoy on their own or sandwiched between a muffin or biscuit.  From scratch Angel Food Cake that we will then use the egg yolks to make a Lemon Curd with for the cake!  Soy Marinated Soft Boiled Eggs served in a veggie Ramen Noodle Bowl.  And last but not least Croque Monsieur Savory Bread Pudding - sounds fancy, looks fancy, but easy to make! Class fee $45.

 

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.
If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
Classes are 6:30 - 9pm, Door opens at 6:15. Open seating.  Please find additional details under Class Info.
