07/01/25 Summer Cakes Cooking Class

Taught by Barb Evans - Celebrate the flavors of the season in this sweet class dedicated to light and luscious summertime desserts featuring fresh fruit and cakes from scratch. Independence Day Berry Trifle with Coconut Angel Food Cake and light Pastry Cream, Panna Cotta with flavorful Fruit Compote, Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake, Raspberry Lemon Sorbet & Tart Lemon Cookies. Whether you're a beginner baker or a seasoned pro, this class is a delightful way to brush up your skills and savor the sweet side of summer. Class fee $45.

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.

If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
