06/17/25 A Night in Spain Cooking Class

Taught by Chasity Marini - Let’s learn about Saffron! We will discuss where it comes from, different types, how it is grown and picked. Enjoy Spanish Ajo Blanco (Cold Garlic Almond Soup), delicious Paella: There are many, many paella recipes. There is no right or wrong recipe, only the recipe that pleases you. Paella ingredients vary from place to place, and time to time, depending on local traditions and the ingredients available. We did not forget dessert,  Spanish Flan (Custard Pudding).  Class fee $45.

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.

If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
