Taught by Tessa Overly - This dessert-focused class is all about bold flavors and irresistible textures from around the world. You’ll create creamy Mango Sticky Rice, where sweet coconut rice meets juicy mango; bake bright and tangy Lemon Curd Crème Brûlée Cookies with their signature crackly tops; dive into the rich, custardy magic of Burnt Basque Cheesecake — crustless, deeply caramelized, and beautifully creamy at the center; and layer and bake crisp, buttery Baklava, filled with nuts and honey syrup for that classic sweet crunch. Class Fee $50
Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class. Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.
