Taught by Lori Peifer - Dive into the luscious world of Chocolate Ganache, Lori’s popular Caramel Sauce, Triple Berry Sauce, Creme Anglaise Sauce, and Bailey's Sauce, each one a heavenly concoction that will elevate any dessert or drink. We will serve them with cake, fresh fruit, and some dipping items. Class Fee $50
Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class. Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.
