Robalita (a Tuscan peasant soup made with white beans, vegetables & day old bread), Zuppa Toscano (a favorite copy from the “Garden” with Italian sausage, bacon & potatoes) and it’s the perfect place to hide some kale. And Tortellini Soup; tomato base with both meat and cheese tortellini! To go with 3 different types of topped Crostini: Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato. Sausage and Cheese. And Pears & Gorgonzola. Perfect for a comforting fall dinner with a glass of wine, of course! We’re BYOB for that Wine! Class fee $45.
