10/02/25 As Easy as Pie Cooking Class

Taught by Lori Peifer -  Come learn the pie basics and more! Learn how to EASILY prepare over a dozen wonderful pie crusts at once from scratch in bulk. You store them in the freezer! From freezer to rolling out a pie in minutes, plus crimping or decorating the crust edge. Then learn how to make Lori’s Deep Dish Apple Pie, Lori’s Mom’s Award Wining Woven Lattice Cherry Pie, and lastly a rich Chocolate Pecan Pie. Tons of tips and techniques. Class fee $50.

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.

If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
