Taught by Andrea Kempf of Kneading Dough - We are going past the basics here and diving into the world of design on your sourdough bread. Scoring and shaping it. We will go over several patterns and designs. You will also learn how to make your sourdough into a Brie Bread Bowl (and sample that at class), as well as learn the recipe for Chocolate Sourdough Bread which we will sample with a whipped Cinnamon Sugar Butter. Additionally, there will be several loaves of Sourdough for sale at the end of class. Class Fee $45
