Taught by Barbara Evans     - We’re not sure even where to begin except to say, WOW!  Barbara is a Certified Master Sugar Artist, been a Chef Instructor at the French Pastry School in Chicago, developed products for the cake decorating field, competed in numerous competitions including TLC’s Ultimate Cake Off!  And that’s just a few of her highlights and titles! And now she’s coming into our kitchen to teach you All About Icing! Discover the difference between several types of icing in this fun and super sweet class. We will explore the science behind what makes these recipes work. Learn to make Swiss Buttercream, American Buttercream, Reverse Cream Cheese Icing, Royal Icing and Stabilized Whipping Cream. We will discuss and provide the bonus recipe for Italian Buttercream as well.  After making the icings she will share her method for a quick and effective way to ice a layer cake with buttercream. It has taken Barb 40 years to collect this info – it can be yours in one class! Class fee $55.
