04/02/26 Chocolate 2.0 Cooking Class

Taught by Barb Evans - Learn the essentials of artisan chocolate-making in this class for chocolate lovers. We will review Tempering for a smooth, glossy finish, craft rich 
hand-rolled Truffles, mold and fill elegant Bonbons, and create flavorful Chocolate Bark. 
Leave with the skills to keep creating at home! Class fee $50.

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.

If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
