04/03/25 Royal Icing 101: Hands-On Cooking Class

Taught by Lori Peifer     - Did you ever want to learn how to decorate perfectly smooth, beautifully decorated sugar cookies? Here’s your chance in this Hands-on Workshop! Learn the basics of Royal Icing, including how to outline, “flood”, and add details. You will also learn and take home our trusted sugar cookie recipe. Bring nothing, All provided in this Hands-On Class. You’ll get to decorate and take or eat 8 cookies per person. Class Fee $55. This class sells out quickly!

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.

If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
