04/29/25 Best of the Best: Tacos Cooking Class

Taught by Lori Peifer     - It was hard to pick, but we narrowed it down to a few of the all time favorites out of so many taco classes. Tacos Al Pastor done in a unique way; layering pineapple slices and pork for the perfect outcome! Fried Chicken Street Corn Tacos with Jalapeno Ranch - with the chicken marinated in a pickle juice buttermilk mix.  And Beef Birria Tacos that just scream flavor when you eat them!  

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.

If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.

Classes are 6:30 - 9pm, Door opens at 6:15. Open seating.  Please find additional details under Class Info.
