06/10/25 Stromboli, Calzone and Pizza... Oh My! Cooking Class

Taught by Bill Glass - One dough makes these Italian favorites. Bill has been on a quest for excellent pizza dough and sauce experiences. This goes way beyond the Chef Boyardee pizzas of his childhood.  Learn to make amazing Dough and Sauce, Stromboli Filled with Italian Meats and Cheese, Cheese Calzones, and Pizzas with a variety of toppings.  Class fee $45.

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.

If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
