Taught by Lori Peifer - Dive into the art of cannoli with a lineup of classic and creative fillings that take this Italian favorite to the next level. We’ll start with Traditional Cannoli, then mix things up with a rich Chocolate Cannoli and a variety of irresistible fillings. Learn to make a smooth Ricotta-style Filling, a bright Lemon Mascarpone filling (plus a bonus recipe for Candied Lemons), and a Whipped Cream Chocolate Filling. We’ll finish with a selection of dipping options to add the perfect final touch to every bite. Class fee $50.
Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class. Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.
