Taught by Rachel Siegle - A sweet, scoop-worthy class all about building the ultimate ice cream experience from scratch. We’ll bake up rich Brown Butter Blondies (“brownies”) as the perfect base, then top it off with homemade Cinnamon Churro Ice Cream. Then there is the line up of irresistible toppings including: fresh Strawberry Sauce, decadent Hot Fudge, buttery Butterscotch Sauce, and Caramelized Brûléed Pineapple. Class fee $50.
Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class. Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.
