Taught by Tessa Overly - Learn how to make laminated pastry dough and pastries. Laminating is the process of layering in a beautiful slab of butter into the dough, and making flaky layers over and over. Learn the Pastry Dough Process, a Cream Cheese Danish, Croissants, and even Double Chocolate Croissants that have a homemade Chocolate Mousse filling. Class fee $45.
