09/16/25 Sweetie Pie Cooking Class

Taught by Tessa Overly -  Get ready to fall in love - one slice at a time! We’ll walk through how to make adorable mini hand pies using a flaky, tender homemade pie crust, plus a versatile cooked fruit filling that works with any seasonal fruit. You’ll also enjoy a rich and silky chocolate cream pie topped with stabilized whipped cream, a cozy baked berry cream pie (delicious warm or chilled), and a refreshing strawberry cream pie with a golden toasted coconut crust. Class fee $50.

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.

If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
