Taught by Lori Peifer - Tacos are always a yes, no matter how they show up. In this class, we’re taking them to the flat-top/griddles (or a skillet indoors, or your Blackstone® outdoors) for a crispy, flavorful twist on the smash taco trend. Fresh vegetables with a hint of ginger lead the way in Smash Banh Mi Tacos, followed by Smash Chicken Caesar Salad Tacos, quick-cooking Pork Smashed Dumpling Tacos, and the crowd favorite return of Smash Big Mac Tacos. A lineup built for crunch, flavor, and plenty of second helpings. Class Fee $50.
Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class. Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.
