no hints, no spoilers, and no early peeks at what’s going on the dough. As the competition unfolds, you’ll watch each pizza come to life from start to finish, then sample all three creations. At the end of the class, it’s your turn to decide the winner. One slice, three styles, and only one crowned champion. Class Fee $50.
Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class. Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.
