
Taught by Barb Evans - Barb is a Certified Master Sugar Artist, been a Chef Instructor at the French Pastry School in Chicago, developed products for the cake decorating field, competed in numerous competitions including TLC’s Ultimate Cake Off! Barb owned and operated the Wedding Cake Connection, where she specialized in custom designed cakes. Now she's here to share some of her knowledge and skills! Barb will show you how to make the icing, ice the cake, make shells, drop flowers, rosebuds, swags, basket weaves, writing and more! You will have lots of time to practice, all levels are welcome whether you want to start from scratch or sharpen your skills! Class fee $60.
