Taught by Barb Evans– Did you ever want to learn how to decorate perfectly smooth, beautifully decorated sugar cookies? Here’s your chance in this hands-on workshop! Learn the basics of Royal Icing, how to get the perfect consistency of it, how to outline, flood, decorate wet/dry with royal icing (layering), and adding details. You will also learn and take home the perfect sugar cookie recipe. Bring nothing, all provided in this hands-on class. Class Fee $60. Limited Seating/Sells Out Quickly! 

 

Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class.  Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee.
If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class. No exceptions.
Classes are 6:30 - 9pm, Door opens at 6:15. Open seating.  Please find additional details under Class Info.
